The website gamentix.com and the analytics service available through it (the “Service”) are operated by Gamentix S.L., a company based in Spain (“Gamentix”, “we”), tax id available on request, registered at Calle Real, Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain. Gamentix is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Valve Corporation, Steam, YouTube, Google, Twitch, Amazon or any game developer or publisher whose titles appear in the Service.

Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Twitch is a trademark of Twitch Interactive, Inc. All other product names, company names, game titles, logos, capsule art, screenshots, trailers and brands referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any relationship with, or endorsement by, their owners.

The Service aggregates information that is publicly available: Steam store pages and player counts, user reviews, community discussions, public videos and comments, streams, news articles and social posts. If we offer a way for a game’s owner to share figures of their own with us (for example Steamworks sales or wishlist data) and they use it, we display those too. We do not sell, license or redistribute that public content; we analyze it and show you the results.

Reviews, comments and posts are the words of their authors, reproduced in excerpt so you can see what our analysis is based on. They are not our statements and we do not endorse them. If you are the author of content shown in the Service and want it removed, write to hello@gamentix.com and we will act promptly.

Momentum, review tone, visibility, aspect breakdowns, event impact, churn signals, weekly reports and every other derived figure in the Service are produced automatically, in part by machine-learning models, from incomplete public data. They are estimates and opinions generated by software, not facts, audits or professional advice.

• Scores can be wrong, late or based on too little data. We show confidence and sample sizes where we can; treat low-confidence figures accordingly.
• Comparisons with other games use each game's own public history and are indicative only.
• Nothing in the Service is business, financial, legal or marketing advice. Decisions you take based on it are yours.

We depend on third-party sources (Steam, YouTube, Twitch, news sites and others) that can change, throttle or remove access at any time without notice. We make no guarantee that the Service, or any part of its data, is available, complete, current or error-free. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See the Terms of service for the limitations of liability that apply.

The Gamentix name, logo, interface, documentation, scoring methods and the text of our reports are ours or licensed to us. You may use the Service for your own games under the Terms; you may not copy, scrape, resell or build a competing service from it. Third-party content remains with its owners as described above.

If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights (trademark, copyright, personality or privacy), email hello@gamentix.com with the URL, a description of the content, the right you rely on and your contact details. We review every notice and remove or disable access to content where warranted.
